At Tophara, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Our goal is to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

30-Day Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • All original tags attached

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear without hygiene protection

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

If an item is marked as non-returnable on the product page, it cannot be returned.

How To Start A Return

Starting a return is easy.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following our return policy.
